Communication and Workaround
Before we start Designing anything, or providing Design Solutions. We have to understand the Business and Product, define and align the Workaround of the project.
All Communication via E-Mail, Slack, Whatsapp is Project Communication and will be invoiced as that. That Investment as Starting Point to get the Briefing right and agree on Milestones for the Future Collaboration.
Strategic Project Planning
The Project Setup goes along with a Strategic Discovery Session we plan as Project DISCOVERY SPRINT.
All of these insights are woven together to create a compelling project roadmap, for your individual problem statement, or sprint goal.
Stakeholder Management
We define roles and responsibilities for that project Collaboration. We will send around a survey for your team, to gather insights about Top Priorities, Dependencies, Problem Areas and Winning Aspirations.
Can be booked as Workshop or Survey.
Lean UX Canvas
It’s a facilitation tool for cross-functional teams designed to create a customer-centric conversation about the work the team is doing. The goal is to understand the “why” behind the Product ans Services and the Focus for new features or Design Improvements.
It’s a kind of “insurance policy” to ensure the ROI of Design Improvements.
SMART Goal's
SMART goals stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
Defining these parameters as they pertain to your goal helps ensure that your objectives are attainable within a certain time frame. This approach eliminates generalities and guesswork, sets a clear timeline, and makes it easier to track progress and identify missed milestones.
An example of a SMART-goal statement might look like this: Our goal is to [quantifiable objective] by [timeframe or deadline]. [Key players or teams] will accomplish this goal by [what steps you’ll take to achieve the goal]. Accomplishing this goal will [result or benefit].
Project Planning Milestones
To keep track about our achievments we define Milestones in Dropbox Paper, Gitlab, Jira or your prefered Project Management Tool.
Furthermore we create a File Sharepoint and Documentation, to give you access to the relevant Deliverables.
