A kick-off workshop serves to bring everything up to alignment, before the actual work begins. What needs to be defined depends somewhat on whether it's UX Discovery, UX Research, UI Design, or Webdevelopment. Generally,the following points should be covered and agreed upon:

- 02. Objective Business Audit (Vision, Goal, Market, Problems)?
- 03. Success Criteria Statement (KPI's and ROI)?
- 04. What resources are available (Budget, Design, Tech Stack..)?
- 05. Workflow Setup Project Roadmap (6 month Milestones)?
- 06. Scope Definition? Deliverables?
