UX Discovery
UX Research
The discovery phase is where I immerse in the project to get the background information I need to make design decisions later in the project. During this phase I will try to learn as much about the client’s business, objectives, users and competitors as possible.
Survey and Stakeholder Interviews: We have to understand Pains, Constrains and Future Goals
Why is UX discovery important ?
"Rooted in solid arguments and backed by customer interviews and business objectives, the step of UX Discovery allows fast alignment within the design process and among all stakeholders."
Brand Discovery
Understanding your Business is important to understand your Brand. I analyse your outer communication and touchpoints to proof if it matches your services provided within the product.
Foundation for marketing and growth: what do you communicate with customers and why?
Product Discovery
Product discovery is crucial for reducing the risk of building something that doesn't resonate with users or meet business goals. It allows teams to refine their ideas early and often, improving the likelihood of success when the product reaches the market.
Ideation and Brainstorming is crucial !
Prioritization: Assessing the potential value, cost, and feasibility of different solutions to determine what should be built first.
Market Discovery
Market discovery is an essential step in UX discovery! It provides a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and enables better strategic decisions for long-term success.
Risk reduction: It helps businesses avoid costly mistakes by thoroughly researching and validating market opportunities before investing heavily.
Persona Discovery
User persona discovery is the process of creating detailed, research-based profiles of a brand's or product’s ideal customers, based on their behaviors, needs, motivations, and demographics. These profiles, known as user personas, help teams better understand their target audience, design more user-centered products, and create more effective marketing strategies.
Segmentation and Persona Creation: provide a clear understanding of the user’s perspective and ensure that every action—from design to marketing—is user-centered.
