  • In the landscaping company, we understand that our users are people, who live in different regions of the world and are digital knowledgeable about the digital consumer goods and game industry. We explored the market to analyse the USP’s for COVARLY, to guide our visual brand direction. I explored different iconographys for the logo design, the image we convey in our logo is refered to “a Joker Poker Deck Card”, placed next to the Marketplace Brandname.

Brand Foundation Purpose, Mission, Vision

Requirement Doc with specified Use Cases and Features

Designing the user journey for Covarly.de—an e-commerce platform for digital consumer goods—requires optimizing every step from discovery to post-purchase. Below is a wireframe concept of a user-centric journey tailored for digital products categories, like software licenses, subscriptions, or downloadable vouchers.

Designing for Humans, with the UX principle of HICKS LAW in mind, I designed 5 Types of Iconography, which helps the user to choose between the main categories very easy. Directly at the entry/main page, which is an repetitive Visual Design Element. As good contrast we will use a green call-to-action button which works as good contrast with bright colourful imaginary. We want the users to enter an easy to use website, which highlights product categories, new products, best deals and to give them ideas for their individual use case/work environment, and payment modalities..

Determine the Goal of a Persona with a Mindmap, Taskflow and Storyboard.

The overall Design Melody: It’s the total set of design patterns and is the logical base that users will recognize.

Because we’ve based our design on the industry standard, we’ll have our buttons (e.g., “add to card”, “menu”, etc.) set out in a way that users expect (they may have visited many sites before landing on ours to compare prices, service terms and feedback). From there, they can immediately understand the layout and interact accordingly.
